We setup a cleaning a day before our big open house with Gloria. It was a no call no show. When we called her she said she is not coming because she does not have a helper. It was our anniversary day and we ended up cleaning all day. The first time we used her she did not wowed us on top of that. I guess that's what you get trying to save a buck. I strongly recommend NOT using this cleaning service
